Hartsdale is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Hartsdale is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I love this place & much as Iβd like to keep it to myself Iβd also love to have more people know how lovely it is. The dosas are amazing and everything is cooked fresh in the kitchen. The masala chai is delicious, the staff are so friendly (shout out to Sonia the manager) and itβs spotlessly clean. Lucky to have such great vegetarian Indian food locally.

Great and cozy Indian spot with nice staff, service, and ambiance. Itβs known for its vegetarian and vegan cuisine. The food is fresh, tasty, and offers a variety of flavorful Indian dishes. The mango lassi was so good and refreshing. The lasooni gobi is a must have appetizer. The malai kofta was very rich, creamy, and delicious. The dahi puri was too spicy for me, make sure to let them know your spice levels. The gulab jamun is an excellent dessert to end my meal, these mini donuts were delightful. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Masala Kraft Cafe and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience, especially if you enjoy flavorful vegetarian Indian food. The first thing that stands out is the cozy and modern vibe. It feels clean, calm, and perfect for a relaxed meal whether you are going with friends or just want a quiet dinner. The staff was very welcoming and attentive without being overwhelming. As someone who prefers vegetarian options, I was genuinely impressed with the variety available. The dishes were fresh, well balanced in spices, and not overly greasy which is something I really appreciate. The presentation was also thoughtful, making the meal feel a bit more special. Their street style items and classic curries both had authentic flavors with a slightly refined touch. Parking is fairly convenient around the area, especially if you are visiting during non peak hours. You might find street parking nearby, but during busy times it can take a few extra minutes so plan accordingly. Reservations are not always necessary, but I would recommend making one if you are planning to visit during weekends or dinner time, as the place can get busy. A small tip from my visit, try orde

Some of the BEST Indian food I have ever had!! We ordered food to go as my husband was in the area for work, and I've been craving Indian food - which is very hard to find Kosher! This place is not only Kosher (parve and dairy dishes) but also the food was amazing, so flavorful and delicious. Sonia was so sweet and even gifted us some Saag Paneer on the house, which was incredible. Other favorites were the eggplant and okra curry - sooo good - as well as the Paneer Tikka, the rice pudding, the naan, the lentil soup - really everything we ordered! We definitely would love to get food from here again, what a wonderful treat. The pictures don't really do the food justice but they capture just some of the bounty of food we had. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you so much, Sonia and staff at Masala Kraft Cafe!
